[Bro] renaming the Bro project

As many of you no doubt already know, the Leadership Team has chosen a new
name for the project, "Zeek".  To read about the change, see my blog post at

We don't yet have a roadmap/timeline for converting the project over to
the new name (though zeek.org is already live, albeit with essentially
unmigrated content).  The 2.6 release hopefully out within a couple of
weeks will still (solely) use the name "Bro".
