Small correction for the second bullet: it assumes that your ISP is
running the Bootstrap mechanism. If this is not the case, then you
need to keep that section, but use instead the IP address of the
Cand-RP inside your ISP domain. If your ISP has more than one
Cand-RPs, then you need to add "rp" entries for each Cand-RP.
Of course, all this requires obtaining that information from your
ISP, and they might not be willing giving it out to you :)
