[Xorp-users] Cannot start vif

This has to be 1.4-RC (Release Candidate), because the final 1.4
version is not released yet.

Can you send your configuration file.
Also, did you configure/enable rl0 in the "mfea4" section as well.
Finally, is "rl0" connected to the network.
