It appears that your kernel doesn't have IPv6 support enabled.
If you don't (want to) enable IPv6 in your kernel, then you could
explicitly disable it in XORP:

gmake clean
./configure --disable-ipv6
gmake

In your configuration below you haven't configured "interfaces" and
"mfea4".

Also, note that just running IGMP (without PIM-SM) won't give you
any useful functionality (from user's perspective).
If you need multicast routing, You need to run PIM-SM as well.
