First I've heard of them.  I found the xorplus project here, but it's a pretty
dated download:

Looks like it's based on xorp 1.6, which is quite old at this point.

I can't find any code repositories with change-sets.

Seems they claim their code is licensed GPL, so either they are
still shipping a version from 2010, or they have fallen behind
a bit :P
