[Bro-Dev] Hui Lin_broping can not connect bro

Hi,

I compile broccoli c api and run the test program broping and I get the
following error:

"Could not connect to Bro at 127.0.0.1:47758."

I am wondering how to run Bro such that it listens on 47758 port?
