[Xorp-hackers] PATCH: Fix build on Fedora 12.

This changes XIF syntax slightly to require a semi-colon after
each statement instead of depending on using a newline.

This in turn fixes issues with building xorp on Fedora 12 due to
c preprocessor issues and xif.

This is a back-ported version of the same fix in xorp.ct.

I'll attempt to commit this to xorp-svn unless there are objections.
